In this article, we will be continuing from the previous articles about Guided Flow creation. Next, you will learn how to create integrations with your Guided Flow. You can use the existing Guided Flows to create integrations or build new ones. For explanation, we are creating an integration using a Guided Flow from the list of available Flows.
Step 1: Go to your Integration Marketplace and select the Guided Flow that you want to use. As an example, we have selected the Sendinblue contacts Flow.
You will see the Flow detail page of the app you selected. Click on the Use Flow button to use this Flow to create an integration.
Step 2: Next, connect an account for the Trigger app. This will authorize Integry to carry out the integration using the account.
For our running example, we will connect the Sendinblue account on which we want to perform the Trigger operation.
Step 3: Then, you will configure the Trigger step's fields. As shown above, for our example, we will configure the List field for Sendinblue. This is the list where the contact will get created in the Sendinblue account. Click on Next to move on to the next step.
Step 4: The next step is to add the Action account. This is going to be connected for Integry to be able to perform the Action. For the current example, since the Action step is taking place on HubSpot, hence we connected the HubSpot user account.
Step 5: In the next step, you will configure fields for the Action step. For our current example, we don't need to configure any fields for HubSpot.
Step 6: Then, you can confirm and activate your integration by clicking on the 'Save' button or go back to the configuration by clicking 'Back'.
The above image shows the Integration View. In this view, you can monitor the Flows you have in your integration, the Last Activity, and Runs of your Flows. Clicking on the kebab menu will allow you to Edit or Delete the Flow from the integration.
You have successfully created an integration using a Guided Flow.
