Now that you know about Integry and its features, let's move onto your experience as Integry's first time user. As a first time user, you'll be a part of our onboarding process where we'll help you set up your Connectors, Flows, and Deployments.
Let's get started.
Step 1: Adding Professional Information

After you sign-up, you'll be asked to enter your professional information in a form, shown above.
Click 'Continue' to proceed and you'll be taken to a screen where you can select an App Connector from the list.
💡Quick Reminder
An App Connector links apps to Integry and lets you create Activities that you can add inside your Flows.
Step 2: Selecting a Connector

Scroll through all the available App Connectors in Integry, or search for the required App Connector in the search bar.

If you can't find the desired App Connector in the list, you can give us the information and we can create one for you. Click on the button shown above.

A form will open up where you have to enter the following information.
- The apps you want to use in your Flow.
- The Flow you want to create with the above-mentioned apps.
💡Quick Reminder
A Flow helps you move data from one app to another. A Flow kickstarts with a Trigger from an app and ends up performing an action in another app.
After entering the above information, click on 'Continue.'

You can schedule an onboarding call with us and our customer success team will help you build your first connector. Select a date and time from the calendar.

You'll be asked to enter your details in the next form. The Name and Email fields are mandatory here. You can also add a link to your public API docs. Your API documentation will help our team get information on your APIs that will help them configure your App Connector in Integry. You can also add information about your webhooks, authorizations, SSO, etc., separately in the next field. This will help our team create authorizations in your preferred way, implement SSO with your Integration Marketplace or SDK Deployment, configure webhook triggers in Integry, and so on.
💡Quick Reminder
- Integration Marketplace - A public listing of all the apps that your end-users can set up integrations with.
- SDK Deployment - This lets you embed Integry's SDK inside your app and host in-app integrations to your end-users.

Schedule an event with us or if you want to explore Integry yourself, you can skip this step by clicking 'Do This Later' button, shown above.

Assuming that you found your desired App Connector in Step 2 of the onboarding process, click to select the App Connector of your choice.
Step 3: Selecting a Flow

In the next screen, you'll find all the Flows for your chosen App Connector, shown above. You'll notice that your chosen application acts either as a trigger application or an action application in the Flow. Let's take an example of Mailchimp's Flows.
💡Quick Reminder
- Trigger - A Trigger is an event that takes place in an app and initializes the integration. An application that sends a trigger to Integry is called a trigger application.
- Action - An event that occurs in an application based on the Trigger and the Integration Flow. Integry receives a trigger from the trigger application and performs an action in the action application.
In the first Flow, you can see that Mailchimp acts as a trigger application. When a new contact is created in Mailchimp, something happens in your app. This Flow is triggered when an event occurs in Mailchimp and completes when an action occurs in the third-party app.
Similarly, in the second Flow, Mailchimp acts as an action application. When something happens in the third-party application, a contact is created in Mailchimp. This Flow is triggered when something happens in the third-party application and completes when an action occurs in Mailchimp. Go through the linked articles to understand the Activitiesused inside Flows.

To create these Flows, you can click on the relevant Flow and schedule a call with our customer success team. We'll help you build a complete Flow. Or, if you want to explore the Flow yourself, click the 'Do This Later' button.

If you can't find a Flow as per your use case, click on the 'Tell us more' button.

A form will open up where you can state your scenario. Click 'Continue' and choose to create your Flow with our team or by yourself.
If you skip the onboarding session to explore Integry yourself, you can still schedule a call with us and set up your connectors and Flows.

If you need help after skipping the onboarding session, go to Connectors or Flows from the top navigation bar and click on 'Schedule Call.'

Meanwhile, you'll view some sample Flows in your Guided Flows list, shown above. You can open a Flow in the Flow builder and view the steps added to the sample Flow.

Here, you can connect your account and see how the Flow works. Here's a complete tutorial on how to configure and test your Guided Flows. These sample Flows are added to your sample deployments so you can see how your Marketplace will look like for your end-users. Or, how you can configure an SDK for your application.

Go to Deployments. Here you'll see your sample Marketplace and SDK deployments. Click on the link (shown above) to preview your Marketplace.

All the Flow cards will be displayed here in your Marketplace that you or your end-users can set up integrations with.

Similarly, you can view your SDK Deployment in SDK Embed Builder. Here's a complete tutorial on how to Embed Integry's SDK inside your app. Embedding SDK inside your app will enable your end-users to create integrations within your application.
After exploring your sample Flows and Deployments, you'll be able to understand how Integry works and build your own Flows and Deployments for your end-users.
Happy Integrating!
