How to grant beta access to your users in Integry

If you want to give certain users early access to your flows before making them live for everyone else, you can grant beta access to them. Beta users can try out all non-archived flows in your app, helping you test them. You can also give beta access to your team for them to internally test the flows before you release them.

Here’s how to grant beta access to your users.

1. Go to the Users tab
2. Search for the user to whom you want to give beta access
3. Click the three-dots-menu for the user
4. Turn the Beta User toggle on

That’s it!

If this user tries to access embedded flows in your app, they will be able to see all flows regardless of the way you’ve tagged them or the tag you have passed in the embed code.

You can always revoke beta access from your users by turning the toggle off.

If you do that, your user will only be able to view and set up flows that you’ve made public for everyone.
