Tags can be used to serve filtered actions to your users via the embed. You can add tags to actions to serve specific actions to your users.
In this example, we'll add the tag 'Beta' to the HubSpot action 'Create Contact'.
- Got to Actions from the top menu.
- Click on the 'Add Actions' button.
- A modal will open up where you can select apps from your account.
- Search and select 'HubSpot.'
- Select the action 'Create Contact.'
- You can select as many actions you want here.
- Write 'Beta' in the 'Add tags' box and press enter.
- This tag will be added to the 'Create Contact' action.
- You can add as many tags as you want.
- You can also select from the already added tags here.
- Click the 'Add Actions' button at the bottom of the modal.
- The 'Create Contact' action will be added to your account along with the tag 'Beta.'
- Now, you can serve the above action to your users based on the tag associated.
- You can edit the tag or add more tags to the action by clicking on the tag icon.
- You can configure or archive actions by clicking on the three-dots menu on the far right of the action.
- Click on 'Configure' to configure the action.
- A modal will open up where you can configure and test your action.
- Click on 'Archive' to archive the action.
- A modal will open up where you can choose to continue with archiving or cancel it.
- Click on 'Archive.' Your action will be archived.
- Click on 'Archive.' Your action will be archived.
- Your selected action will be archived and no longer be shown in the actions list.
- You can view your archived actions by checking the show archived box.
