If your user's integration gets blocked due to authentication failure for an app, they need to re-authenticate their account and enable the integration. The application for which their authentication failed will be mentioned in the error message in the Integration view.
Here's how they can re-add their account and enable the integration.
- Go to the Marketplace and click on the integration that's blocked.
- Click on View My Flows. You'll see a list of all the integrations you've created using this Flow.
- Click on the kebab menu of the disabled integration and click Edit.
- The integration setup form will open up where you can re-authenticate your account.
- Once you've re-authenticated your account and updated your integration, enable the integration by turning the toggle on.
- Perform an operation in your account to test your integration.
